Are you ready to orchestrate content delivery at a global scale? We are looking for a Content Delivery Manager for CEEBA operations to join the Global Omnichannel Delivery team, reporting directly to the Omnichannel Delivery Director.

About the Role:

In this role, you act as the vital liaison local Brand Leaders, Digital Managers, and our global production network. You are accountable for two critical missions: the seamless execution of "Business as Usual" (BAU) campaign production, and the strategic development of new content capabilities.

You will drive the adoption of trusted services that reduce time-to-market, expand reach across channels, and deliver measurable savings. You will thrive in an environment that values focused execution, lean ways of working, and transparency of risks. Envision leading a multicultural network to deliver the right assets, at the right pace, with the right governance.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with Digital Managers and brand leadership to ensure they use GCO services to meet their volume and savings targets.
  • Take ownership of delivery timelines and quality for all campaign assets. Set clear deadlines with the market and discuss feedback openly to keep services running efficiently.
  • Coordinate a global, multicultural team using strong project management and critical thinking skills to ensure successful production.
  • Manage the communication and change management needed when introducing new content solutions to the market.
  • Set delivery schedules that balance what the client needs with what the team can realistically handle.
  • Identify new production capabilities that add value to the business and share these recommendations with leadership.
  • Use data and reports to track how GCS production is being used. If there are gaps in efficiency, work with leadership to fix them.
  • Manage outsourced partners and internal resources. Regularly review partner capabilities to ensure they match market needs and provide good value.
  • Ensure compliance with all company rules. Make sure all direct and indirect reports follow the AZ Code of Conduct.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Financial performance accountability.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with Sr. Leadership and other key Stakeholders.
  • Leadership, coordination of resources and influence without authority.
  • Managing and driving innovation and continuous improvement.
